looks just about right from here.
The #1 team will surely be tested the next 2 weeks, bringing about a possible change in things, as will the westsiders, their getting into the meat of their schedule, should be a very interesting next 2 weeks of the season.

psu, you have Unioto above Westfall and Piketon who both beat them already this season. Westfall beat them 40 + to 30 something two weeks ago, and Piketon beat them last week 34-9. Dont get me wrong, neither of these three belong anywhere near above where they are at, those top 7 or so are a head above these three listed, just think you shouldnt have a team that has been beaten by 2 teams that beat them.

Looking how close 6 thru 10 is. Portsmouth could be back in there with a win over Merrietta.

Johnstown stayed close with Fredericktown for a while despite really not playing well at all. Fredericktown is a great team tho. Johnstown will rebound, but they have a tough challenge this week in Utica. They have been hurt with injuries, but are finally getting healthy and have two of the best athletes in the league in Hoar/Cline.

The # 8 spot will go to either Westfall or Piketon depending on who wins that last game

Under Portsmouth West you have Minford and Burg...they also have a tough game at home against Valley that I would put there

1. Ironton
Tough games left with Jackson, Hartley, Fairbanks, & Portsmouth but I think are a top 4 lock barring some type of falling apart.

2. Heath
Should win out and a top 4 finish, but tough games left with Columbus Academy and Granville.

3. Hartley
Tough games left with Thurgood Marshall and Ironton. Lose both of those games and they could slip out of top 4, but win one or both a top 4 finish def. Ready is a rival game, but they should be fine.

4. Cochocton
Will probably finish in the 4-6 range unless they can pull off a win over Dover. I see them traveling week 11

5. Portsmouth West
3 tough games left, Minford, Valley, & Wheelersburg
Win all 3 they will have a home game, 2/3 they probably host with help. Lose 2/3 and they will probably travel week 11.

6. Amanda Clearcreek
Tough game with Hamilton Township left. They could sneak up to top 4 depending on what happens. Not sure if HT can pull out a win or not.

7. Alexander
All 4 games left on the schedule are tough. I don't see them making it.

8. Highland
Should win out and will be 7-9

9. Piketon
Must beat Westfall and not slip up on the way
Don't see them making it

10. Portsmouth
could 4-6 get them in? I don't think so, but maybe 5-5 if they beat Galia or Ironton.

11. Westfall
Must beat Piketon and not slip up against Adena. Could be close

12. Johnstown
If they beat Utica I think they will be in the top 8. Much needed 2nd level points should be coming as they beat teams in the league. Will look like they will make it after week 9 then after beating Northridge who will probably be 1-9 it will make it a tight race going into the playoff weekend point calculations.

I don't see any playoff contenders beyond 12. Anyone have a chance to sneak in or have a lot of points coming up?

Love the info.
I like Ironton to cruise threw Fairbanks and Portsmouth with Hartley being a win as well.
Granville isnt as strong as usual and Heath should roll
I like Hartley over Marshall but Ironton gets em.
Coshocton...Dover is just to good
Portsmouth West----wins the SOC 2 but should have great battles with Minford and Burg
I like Hamilton Township over Amanda
agree with Alexander they may lose 3 of 4
Highland Cruises
Piketon is rolling along, But Adena and Westfall may be the end
My Trojans are done
Westfall must beat Adena,,,,,,just dont think so
I like Monroe over Utica and cruising threw

Adena has gotton off to a real tough start, three early losses to Div 3 McClain and Washington Court House and Div 5 East Clinton. The combined record of those three teams is 15-3.Since they have beaten Zane Trace,Southeastern and Paint Valley ,I think they have a good chance of finishing at 7-3

True Portsmouth could get back into discussion but they will quickly be pushed out again after they lose to Ironton and Gallia Academy later in the year. The next two weeks will be very intresting in this region with Ironton having some tough games. I think Heath has the best setup to win the region.

Wellston wins out 6-4 they might get in . The win against Jackson was huge , then the ifs .They beat Alexander currently #7 in region 15 and Athens could be a big point game for the Rockets. Slim I know but could happen.

Alexander could be a big win for Wellston, but follow that up with Meigs and Athens and its going to be very difficult

It all depends on Athens for us . First we must beat them ,then they must win out. Jackson needs to win 3 of 4 , all 4 would be nice. Time will tell. Like I said after the last three seasons ill take a winning season .
