I suppose I should have set some parameters :) I've never thought of Amanda as a southeast team even though they are covered by this site. Also what would be the definition of big and small schools?

I don't know how high up the list I'd put them, but I think DVI Trimble at least deserves a mention

Regular Season: 75-25
6 League Championships
4 Trips to the playoffs
2 Playoff Wins
Overall Record for the decade 77-29

Portsmouth knocked Ironton out of the playoffs in back-to-back years.
