SVC Week 5: Predictions.

Week one did give us maybe a taste of what the league will be like this year. A lot closer competition in all the games was very surprising. This week I have..

Adena over Zane Trace- Too much offense for Adena.
Piketon over Huntington- Although if Huntington SHOULD win, I wouldn't be surprised. Much improved team.
Paint Valley over Southeastern- I think PV's loss to ZT stung a little bit, come out playing tough.
Westfall over Unioto- Too much offense for Westfall.

Everyone expected adena to blow out the huntsmen,,including myself and it was tied at 21 at the half?...thats my reasoning for the pick,Piketon will have their hands full.

Everyone expected adena to blow out the huntsmen,,including myself and it was tied at 21 at the half?...thats my reasoning for the pick,Piketon will have their hands full.

Poor performance by Adena in the first half, but Huntington definitely showed everyone that they can play with the big dogs! Hats off to Huntington, they came to play and certainly put a scare into the Warriors.

With that being said, here are my picks:
Adena - You gotta go with them until someone proves that they can be stopped
Piketon - This one's a crap shoot...just going with a gut feeling
Southeastern - Getting better every year
Westfall - The "U" still has a long way to go

Adena- not sure who all the returned but they definatly got talent
Piketon- Little Bart has made changes at huntington but he needs more than one year to turn it into a winning program.
SE- A little concerned about the the score from the unioto game, but it appears they gave NW a good fight.
Westfall- why would I pick anyone else

Adena- No one has stopped their running attack yet.
Piketon- Too much offense hope Defense improves this week
Southeastern- Experience..... PV getting better
Westfall- Too Much offense, Experience and Trent.
