This one could go either way...A win over NY is always a hard task...I think Wellston is prepared for the TVC by playing such a hard non conference schedule...I think NY almost feels entitled to the TVC crown these days...I would like to see more parity in the TVC...Its time Wellston, VC, and the rest of the TVC step up and win some titles...I will say Wellston 20-NY 18. If the ny that played bu shows up its going to be along night for ny. wellston has played 3 really good teams they are better then the records show, so it could be a really close game. but if the ny of the first 2 weeks shows up then i will say ny wins 34-7.. goodluck bucks bounce back big

Good Luck to both teams. Play hard and not get anyone hurt. It should be a close hard fought game for whoever does win this one. I have close friends who play for both squads. Wellston is due for their breakout game and when you play Nelsonville, you always get a well coached and hard hitting team. Hopefully the rain is cleared out from the Hurricanes down south by Friday.

So far in every game this season NY has started SLOW. At the half 14-7 against Trimble(won 41-14), 6-13 against Piketon(won 20-13), 0-21 against BU(lost 28-14). If this trend continues there will definitely be a nailbiter in Wellston. Being optimistic it seems like every year NY needs that wake up game to get them going, hopefully that was against BU.

sometimes size matters in football unless the other team has more heart.. thats why ny beat piketon.. and they looked like they did not have their heart in it at bu.. and they lost.. ny is not big this year and look small to some teams but they play with more heart and they win ..so if ny starts playing like i know they can like they showed in piketon then they will be fine.. but if not they have a tough road ahead.. meigs is really good this year and ironton comes to town week 9 we got two get it going if were going to win tvc and make the playoffs.. i agree bu was a wake up call. i see them getting it together for the tvc run,,
