Good luck to Oak Hill in the upcoming season. I said it before and I'm sticking with them, Oak Hill is my pick to win the SOC next year. Alot of talent on that team and it is hard to overlook it.

Someone told me from Jackson, that a new assistant coach is being hired. Coached at Jackson a couple of years and the past 3 or so years, at South Gallia.

They have a lot of talent coming back. I think they lose a lot of lineman though. Who will be the lineman besides payton jenkins? Drew Cannon wont be able to play... who else?

I wouldnt start calling them the favorite yet. The title still has to go through the Tartans. But, Oak Hill in my opinion WILL win the SOC and make the playoffs. I like to call them the "darkhorse".

QB has some nice potential for sure, but if you don't stop that darned rocket sweep, they never will have to throw the ball!!!

I don't know if it was problems more so then lack of talent. Someone from the inside could probably give more details, but the string of athletes are on the rise in Oak Hill right now compared to 4-5 years ago. Also, Phillips I believed struggle his first year.

The talent level has gone up. Phillips has done nothing but caused problems thus far. I can't see him gone soon enough.
