THATS A VERY REAL POSSIBILITY.

I agree. I hope Ironton doesn't have the same schedule next year. They will lose 20+ seniors off of this team, which would make these kind of games even harder.KVDW wrote:from the ironton dispatch article:

i thought gallia academy and wheelersburg gave them a pretty good challenge locally..... and most all the tigers survived those games..... AND ironton got the points....(a whole lot to do with why they are 5-3 and already clinched.)
just my thoughts...
Ironton's schedule next year, in no particular order.4th n Goal wrote:I agree. I hope Ironton doesn't have the same schedule next year. They will lose 20+ seniors off of this team, which would make these kind of games even harder.KVDW wrote:from the ironton dispatch article:

Oak Hill on the other hand has a lot riding on this game. According to Joe Eitel they control their destiny. So a win against the Tigers would be huge for them. This game will tell a lot about the Tigers mindset. Are they physcologically healed up from the two beating they took in the past two weeks. I got all the confidence in the world that Coach Vass and crew will get them ready to play though, but if Oak Hill comes out and puts up a quick score or two on them how will the Tigers react. I mean Oak Hill is coming off a tough game against a very tough and physical team in Symmes Valley. They showed there that if you make a mistake they will make you pay for it. They are riding high right now a win vs the Tigers would be huge.
I believe the Tigers are going to come out pissed off and make a statement this game. The first half will be close, but by the second half I think Lewis will be able to get free and he will run wild.
MOF, looking forward to saying hello at the game. Both teams are a lock for a home game, in my opinion.MightyOaksFan wrote:tigercannon71 wrote:Now on to the game at Oak Hill. I disagree that Oak Hill has a lot riding on this game. They are a lock for the playoffs and almost a lock for one of the 1-3 spots regardless of winning this game.
I think it's in the same place as the old stadium. If not, it's in the general vicinity. You're Tiger Bait wrote:now this is more like it.
