NY has some ball players now, I wouldnt doubt on them, along with the head coach Rusty Richards. Wilburn, Snyder, Jones, Phillips, Richards, Mccollister along with many others are play makers. We will find out tonight what they all have.

Some final last minute move in items being delivered for an OU student today, may delay the trip and run over and take this game in actually. It seems to be the game of the week. And NY is a good venue.

If you decide to go, keep an eye on Trimble QB. The kid is a player!

Think he can lead the cats to a win over Waterford and a TVC title, or will it be 3 straight for the wildcats?

From the Athens Messenger article, ‘Transfer adds more heat to Tomcat-Buckeye rivalry”, August 24, 2018:

“Hopefully we’ll get a couple of good hits on him and slow him down a little bit.” - Coach Faires.

Wow. Should they hit him hard in the knees, back or neck Coach?? Which would you say would be the most effective to “slow him down”? Couldn’t you have suggested something more fundamental - such as wrapping up? Myself, along with both communities, would love to see a fairly fought, good game highlighting the talents of all the athletes - not an endorsement to injure a player. Very Tonya Harding-ish of you.

Should be a good one. Pulling for our neighboring Buckeyes, but Trimble sounds like a handful. Good luck to both teams.
