OUCH, sounds like a really good game. Nice way to cap the 2017 season off

Great job Tri-Valley. So proud of this team. Less than a minute to go, only down 8 to a team most thought was going to blow you out and knocking on the door of scoring again.

It was a fun ride.

Agree. Most underestimated them. Tough group and they deserved to be there and it showed. Awesome year Scotties, I'm proud of all of you as well.

Anyone who has spectrum, you can see the replay of any state final game over the next few months. Go to myspectrumsports.com and get a login (you might have to set up a username/password). Also replays are on the Spectrum channel 1311 or 311 for most.

There were like 26 penalties last night. It was not a good night for that crew. Lots of drives for both killed by penalties.

Trotwood Madison had the ball on the 2 yd line with 8 seconds left before half and no time outs. They were stopped on a running play and a ref threw a flag for a sideline warning and the clock stopped at 3 seconds. So they used a side line warning as a time out. A good ref would have just let it go and not made a mockery of the game. TM attempted a FG and it was blocked (karma).

I also need to mention TV was tackled in the end zone for an obvious safety (he almost got out) and the ref marked him as getting out by an inch. Next play the TV QB runs for a 99 yard touchdown.

Don’t you just hate it when officials make penalties up and throw flags just because they want to. I️ mean it’s not like players do not commit fouls

It did not affect the outcome of the game.

I know from your past posts you like to be a smart butt, but go watch the game. I watched the replay early this morning and the announcers were all over the officials as well. Not that they know anything. :)

The sideline warning in that situation was unbelievable. A couple of missed sideline calls in the Hoban game as well.
