I would wager that we can all agree SOMETHING could be done to make all parties involved happy for the MSL. Like I said, Logan is already playing most schools in the Buckeye now in all sports minus football and AC was on the basketball schedule this year. I apologize as I was under the impression that AC was smaller than what they are. I guess its ironic given the fact that I brought up that there is a misconception about Logan being bigger than they actually are. lol :(

It's been pretty quiet lately. Where does Logan go from here now that Jackson has found a new home?

Looks like they will have to spend a little time as an independent. Hopefully something works out in the next few years.

So how does their relationships with the late SEOAL schools evolve? Being an independent means late season games become difficult to schedule. Does Logan insist as a price for perpetuating traditional rivalries mean they cannot be played as early season games? Jackson as an opponent dose not hold the cache in week 2 as it did in week 7 now.

I brought up an idea a while back that may help that.
Since Logan and Jackson won't be playing for league titles, why not play for a trophy. I came up with the name The Iron chief Trophy

Everyone would have something g to play for and in a few short years the bragging rights to holding that trophy for a year will mean as much as any league title.

Why not have a trophy with a running duck on it symbolizing the last two teams in the SEOAL that didnt duck and run?

I'm sure Athens, NY, and Alexander want them in for better girls competition. They also have that PVC expansion talk with Marietta, Morgan, and Warren

I really wish the Seoal would've lived on.
Logan
Gallia
Athens
Jackson
Warren

Was my dream but didn't happen .

Warren would be great for TVC in all sports

Logan isn't in a enviable position at the moment. The only thing they can do is sit and wait to see if any leagues expand and want them.

Warren seems to be content with the ovac for now.

I could see some dominoes falling and something opening up for Logan.

One thing that can't be denied; Logan fans travel well for football which means good gates. If and when they find another league elsewhere, other local teams will suffer $$$$

I'm sure Logan will find a good league. Brand new school, right off the high way, and a big fan base

Jackson would not have left without Logan if Logan would not have tried to pull that stunt first. And that came from a good source.

Had Warren not "cut and run" from the TVC in 1986, the Warriors wouldn't be trying to find a home right now. Those old grudges kept Warren from being welcomed back to the TVC.

Totally agree 96.
I don't think Warren will ever be invited again.
