Most of the athletes are playing on the offensive side of the ball. Rockwell Gets what’s left. I know there are several tough kids playing on the defensive side of the ball so no disrespect but not many coordinators will be successful with that recipe. I agree with the school size your best athletes should be on the field at all times! Platooning with 45 kids or so is not possible! Also the defensive schemes are very questionable, example is running a 4-4 defense against a power-I run team! I remember first hand getting beat on all night sitting in a 4-4 and would not change! Just my two cents.
