Would it make sense to add Belpre and Waterford to the PVC? It seems like it would travel wise, but how about competitiveness?

This is not happening, TVC will remain as is until one of the existing members in the Ohio leaves (which I don't see happening honestly).

If that ever did, maybe there would be an overall shake-up and the addition of some school(s) and/or a re-alignment of both divisions.

But that scenario is not imminent.

There is a TVC thread once every couple months, like it or not.

Here is part of my plan resulting from the potential of a new league created in Ross County. This is a couple ideas the TVC could look at if realignment went crazy starting with a combined FAC/SVC/new league (20 teams, 3 divisions), then a SOC-OVC merged league (primarily Scioto-Lawrence county schools + OH, Raceland, KY [non-football], & SG; 23 teams, 18 football), and also includes MSL replacement expansion (Logan finally gets it). I prefer the latter option here, but I think the 1st is possible too.

TVC - 20 Teams
Muskingum: Primarily D3-D4
Athens
Gallia Academy
Marietta
Point Pleasant, WV
Warren
Vinton County
Ohio: Primarily D5-D6
Alexander
Fort Frye
Meigs
Nelsonville-York
River Valley
Wellston
Hocking: Primarily D7
Belpre
Eastern-Meigs
Federal Hocking
Miller
Southern
Trimble
Wahama, WV
Waterford

OR

TVC - 18 Teams
Ohio: Primarily D4-D5
Alexander
Athens (D3)
Gallia Academy
Meigs
Nelsonville-York (D6)
River Valley
Warren
Wellston
Vinton County
Hocking: Primarily D6-D7
Belpre
Eastern-Meigs
Federal Hocking
Fort Frye
Miller
Southern
Trimble
Wahama, WV
Waterford

And here is the OVC-SOC merger that includes South Gallia since the SOC would lose the Pike County schools to a new league and the SOC/OVC would probably feel threatened by such a large, geographical League (posted in Conference for Logan thread).

SOVC (23 full members and 1 associate)
OVC - D5 and D6 Lawrence County schools
Chesapeake
Dawson-Bryant
Fairland
Ironton
Rock Hill
South Point
Raceland, KY (Non-Football)
^(12 Conference games, 7 cross-conference [SOC II] games, 6 district games, 4 non conference games [Fairview, Ironton St. Joe, Rose Hill Christian, West Carter)^
SOC I - D7 Lawrence and Scioto schools + NW (football)/SG
Clay (no-football)
East
Green
Ironton St. Joe (no-football)
New Boston (no-football)
Notre Dame
South Gallia
South Webster (no-football)
Symmes Valley
SOC II - D5 and D6 Scioto County schools + Oak Hill
Minford
Northwest (football in SOC I)
Oak Hill
Portsmouth
Valley
West
Wheelersburg

Note:
OVC and SOC II play 7 crossover games in non-football, and minimum 2 crossover games in football (crossover games don't count as conference games).
Northwest and Raceland, KY must play 3 OVC/SOC II opponents in football.

Nothing the TVC needs to look at.
Why the heck would the TVC member schools feel the need for this kind of expansion?
The TVC is fine just the way it is......

SEOAL didn't fall apart from expanding. It was travel time. Could have had 10 schools closer together.

The TVC will not expand based on all that has went on and talked about the past 5 years. I believe the only way any of these changes take place is the creation of a new league (See Jackson) and invite members in. I do believe there are teams that may leave the TVC or would like to invite others to join the TVC but the fact remains that teams do not want expansion. You may steal one or two to your new league.
