Here are week 3 results. When you grade a bunch sheets mistakes can be made, so check your results with mine. If I have made a mistake pm me and I will double check my results and if I have made a mistake I will fix it on the program and it will be corrected for next week. I am not going back and change the standings and repost the corrected standings I will post my mistake.... Those who failed to pick this week and were in week 1 & 2 will be given 33 loses, … You are allowed to miss one week and then you cannot miss again or you will be dropped….

I think I actually only lost 7 games this week. I may be mistaken, but when I look at my picks I can only find 7 losses. If someone could check that, I would appreciate it.

After further review, it has been determined that I made a mistake and the results have been corrected from last nights posting. Most were given a win and about 19 were given a lose. I had typed in the wrong winner for the Philo v. New Lex game and had to go back and correct it. MY mistake and I apologize for any inconvience..Boo-duh

I know it has to be very hard to grade all these picks. I sincerely hope there is more than one person doing it. I hate to be the one to complain, but I have to say something.

My picks have been graded correctly. However, I have been watching some of my rivals who have been ranked right around me. This week, I kept track of the games we picked different and I knew how many games they went ahead or fell behind me. Well, in the new standings, they are way off. So I go back and double check and 2 of the 5 peoples picks I checked were graded wrong. In one case, a person was 21-16 and they are scored at 26-11!!! I can understand messing up one game, BUT FIVE???? Another persons picks I checked was 27-10 this week and you all have them as going 29-8. That's off by 2 games. The other 3 I checked were correct, but my random sample shows that 2 out of every 5 entries is not being graded correctly.

Again, I know it is a big hassle grading all these (I got sick of looking at 5) but it really deflates the excitement of the contest if they are not properly scored. Sure, everyone will double check and report when you mess up and short them a win, but when they get graded MUCH better than they were, they stay quiet (and I probably would have too! LOL)

You are correct. I have went back through the whole list again and have found a few mistakes. There was one that should have been 21-16 instead of 26-11. The problem arose when the person did not copy and paste the selections correctly. (Washington C.H. was put in as Washington Courthouse or Ky was left off of Greenup Co. Ky) I try to go through all the post and catch it when someone dosen't type them properly and have them correct the problem. Obviously, I missed this one and a couple others. I will correct them on the tally sheet. I hope that a person would be honest enough to report an error on their sheet and have us check them. I will try and do a better job with this in the future.

I do ask that as people are looking at other's picks and see one that is not done correctly, pm myself or the Participant so we can fix it prior to Friday night. This would help tremedously. The only other alternative I have is to throw out a Participants picks when I find one or two not copied right. I really don't want to do that, cause in all reality it is just for fun and free.

My new system allows me to grade and record the results in about 3 hours where before it took 6 to 8 hours. And believe you me I have better things to do on Saturday.

bvoo duh, you are doing a great job, and you ask us to look at our picks every week, so it isnt anythuing you are doing wrong, if our picks are wrong its our fault for not checking them our self, if you can tally up ALL of them, the least we can do is check our own.."if we feel we need to", I never check mine, I just go by whats put up there...no patience for me

He is doing a Great job. We may just start counting them wrong if there not put on there right. Then they will pay closer attention.

I agree, Boo Duh does an excellent job with this contest. If people would just follow the simple rules and do their picks like he asks then there probably wouldn't be that many problems. I think like Oz said, if they don't pick like it is said to, then penalize them with a week of the lowest score just like the ones that fail to pick and then maybe people will get the message. I know what a pain it was last year when Oz and I did the basketball picks and we said no abbreviations, but yet people still abbreviated some of the teams and them I would have to go through and see who UL or TV was.

Like I said, I don't see how you are doing it either. I looked at 5 entries and I had a headache after that! I admire you for doing all this work too. I'm officially offering to help you out if you want it or if everyone will start checking 4 or 5 people around them in the standings, maybe we can all pitch in and help. Like I said before, you find out real quick when you make a mistake that is not in someone's favor, but we are all going to keep quiet when you miss some in our favor, LOL.
