Waverly wins in a very close game with a crazy crowd! I pick the Tigers 27-23.

How did Jackson look at Wellston? Will the reserve teams play on Monday? Who won the Waverly/Piketon JV game Monday night?

Waverly won by 2 or 3 TDs.

real irnman,
And what if Waverly plays like they can? They turned the ball over on downs 3 or 4 times and punted 3 or 4 times. Their defense struggled much of the game stopping the run, but they also intercepted 3 passes and forced 2 fumbles that the refs blew dead. Waverly's defense did stop Piketon when it mattered the most.

If if's, and's, and but's were candy and nuts, then every day would be Christmas.

By your typing and posts, it sounds like you need to concentrate more on your football practice this week to prepare for Waverly and not getting on here.

was a nice pass bad coverage by one of our defenders our one big weak spot in the secondary they were lucky that that defender was in coverage for Wellston

If the Ironmen can estbalish their running game, make this a ball control game, and cut down on some silly pentalties, they might pull it out. This should be a great game.

Jackson will pull it off in a tight one. Ironmen needs to keep the QB in the pocket, and don't let him scramble.

Wolfdog will have the players ready. Special teams will be better. Must take care of ball and cut back penalities. :12222 I pick Jackson 28-21. Should be a fun game to watch. Hope to make it to the game.

ok Wellston scored on our defense ONCE! my point is that Jacksons defense is capable of making some big stops, and the offense is also capable of putting points on the board, as long as we can keep things under control on special teams, and cut down on the dumb penalties we should be in good shape.

Wellston's td wasn't a lucky pass....it was a good pass with poor awareness by the defender.

Give Wellston credit on that execution....it's not that hard, nor does it take away from the win.

call it lucky if ya want. but roback and waverlys passing won't be so lucky. i still say waverly by atleast 28 and if im wrong hey laugh at me but i don't think im wrong .. cause again another factor if im not wrong and i may be roback returns kicks for waverly and he's 2's as good as lockard..

I agree with demaniac1 WHAT??? I couldn't understand that either. I thought they threw a football, not a duck, and just what is a neighter? I'm having a hard time following this. Anyway goodluck to both teams. Go Ironmen.
