It appears that Southeastern has a legit shot at making the playoffs, last 3 games are very winnable. Don't know if they have ever made it to week 11 before.

In all likelihood Newark Catholic gets blown out again tonight, so the region could look different in the morning.

This is a toss up region. Is Newark Cath healthy?

Everyone in my neck of the woods wants to watch Fort Frye vs River play. I think that game would be fun.

Football weekly said that they are expected to get a couple of players back for this game.

Healthy or not unless GOD himself is bringing a few others to play in this one, it will be a loss.

J-Town is the STUD of the county but no yet a series threat I.M.O. to being a legit contender in their division.

Ha ha.

Fort Frye will always be in Beverly and won't be moving the Central Ohio. They aren't responsible for every program in Southeastern Ohio. If that disappoints you in any way, I recommend taking up knitting or tinkering with old cars to get your mind on something else.

Well darn I was really counting on them moving out of Beverly. Hmm....any suggestions on what model and make would be a good car to start with when I begin to take up tinkering with them?

But seriously this region has been bad and Fort Frye has really turned it up a notch. IMO sorry Chandler this is the best Fort team ever. You got to think this is the year they get that playoff win depending on matchup.

^^^^^ Really can't argue with you on that, you probably are correct

Ya don't say genius? Don't worry the Cadets would not make it with West Jeff's schedule either. In fact once again the Cadets will probably be one and done losing to a mediocre school for central Ohio standards. It's not quite the cupcake valley like out east is.
What is your deal tonight?
I believe the proper wording would be being butthurt

To properly reply to that post from last night. I agree it does not appear WJ is gonna make the playoffs let alone win the region...at this point even if they still had a shot to make it I probably wouldn't be predicting them to win it anymore anyways.

NC will only drop .452 and still in the number 1 spot. They should be a lock to make the top 8 and that's all I care about.

I don't have any idea. My hobby is cheering the cream of the cupcake valley, but that doesn't seem to be working for you.

Alright all cattiness aside
1. River 10-0
2. Newark Catholic 7-3
3. Chesapeake 9-1
4. Fort Frye 10-0
5. Centerburg 8-2
6. Dawson Bryant 7-2
7. Barnesville 7-2
8. Bellaire 5-5

River over Bellaire
Fort Frye over Centerburg
Newark Catholic over Barnesville
Chesapeake over Dawson Bryant

Fort Frye over River
Newark Catholic over Chesapeake

Newark Catholic over Fort Frye

I would love to watch a River vs Fort Frye 2nd round game at Marietta College. If Newark Cath don't get healthy can't see them beating Chesapeake.

No doubt they will make it.
Injuries have hurt this team.
The reg did change as I said it would.

Newark Catholic would as of now9Will change again) host a very fast Bellaire team, if it started next week. Yes, I have watched Bellaire this season in person.

I see Pastuer moved Fort Frye to 2 in his predictive rankings. In the past he's always ranked them lower there record. He has Newark 1 and Chesapeake at 3.

Lots of variables over the next three weeks. My most likely scenario is;
1. River 9-0
2. Newark Catholic 7-3
1 and 2 are very close and could be switched.
3. Fort Frye 10-0
4. Chesapeake 9-1 (if Chesapeake loses to Rock Hill move them to 7th or 8th)
5. Dawson Bryant 9-1 (might lose to Rock Hill, could be 7th,8th or out)
6. Centerburg 8-2
7. Southeastern 7-3
8. Cardington-Lincoln 7-3

Contenders: Barnesville finishes 4th if they beat Union Local (move everybody down, Cardington-Lincoln out)
Bellaire wins out #1 (Should lose to Shadyside and Union Local, lots of changes if they win one of the two)

Other contenders most likely out:
Grandview Hgts.
Bishop Ready
East Knox
Paint Valley

IMO

Noticed Fort Frye moved to top of the Div.3 OVAC While Buckeye Trail slipped to #5

Cadets will need lots of help to maintain the top spot. ;)
