Ohio Regional Powerlifting Meet @ Coal Grove Feb. 23

Coal Grove High School will be hosting the 2008 Regional Powerlifting Meet on Saturday February, 23 2008.

Weigh-Ins are 10:00 to 11:15 Lifting to begin at 11:30

Three attempts at Bench, Squat, and Deadlift

All lifters must represent their home school. No All-Star teams are permitted.
