Alexander hasn't put 40 points on an oppenent unless they were a DVII school. ZT averages 40 a game, good luck stopping the O if your Alexander and good luck to scoring for Alexander after watching the RV game.

Its as if school size ultimately matters. DV-DVII doesn't really matter, if you play good fundamental ball you can ball with the best of them.

That would be correct and he also was at Zane Trace for awhile. As for the game it's a tough one to pick I have not seen much of either team except few highlights.I will take Zane Trace because they were more impressive against RV.

No matter where its played, Tell the kids, you win, you play the winner of Burg and the Wood! That's something to play for!! Good job by both teams to be this far!! What an accomplishment!!

Considering that ZT's defense has not given up double digits to any team with the exception of Logan Elm in week 1 (Westfall was 2 scores against 2nd team D), GoBigGrover must know something about Alex's "O" that the rest of us does not! I would say that Alex's only shot at winning this is to keep ZT offense at 14 or less. I'm not saying Alex can't score double digits, but I would be EXTREMELY suprised if they score more than 14!

Well I'm thinking size kind of matters since Alexander didn't score more than 40 on an oppenent unless they were DVII, insert sarcasm, but yes I see the point. I'm sure Caldwell or Danville would put up a good fight in this region.

Yea, Baylor scores a ton of points too, puts 40 on the board all the time. But as an Ohio State fan, I'm far more scared of Alabama who rarely scores 40.

Alexander's style is to not score 40 points. They would much rather grind you down, play good defense and win games 21-14 or 14-7, etc ... etc ...

Alexander does not throw the ball up 21-0 half way through the fourth quarter. At that point the Spartans burn the clock and force you to burn timeouts. That is one way to win, I guess there are other ways too.

It is going to be a good game. Alexander 22 - ZT 20.

Go Alex.

I could not tell you, I am saying Alexander does not. It was an example.

Being from RV, and now having seen both teams....I would give the slight edge to Alexander. That slight edge would be that Alexander has Mason Chapman and ZT doesnt! Heck of a ball player!

Alexander 20
ZT 17

Zane Trace could have easily put up 42+ on River Valley last week but penalties and sloppy play killed that. Sure the SVC might not be as comparable to the TVC in SOS but the boys from Kinnikinnick can fly on both sides of the ball. A strong run game with Dunkle and Love, dual-threat QB in Harris and Weapons on the edge with Wolfe and Mowery they are loaded offensively. Their Defense swarms and plays sound, we saw that against River Valley. Their speed and physicality is too much for Alexander..

Zane Trace- 35

Would love to see the Spartans win BUT ZT might be a slight bit better!
