That is insane! That is way to much money to ask a parent to fork out....

Yes, Bartrum is still the Head Coach and has a 21-19 record in 4 years but I think this could be the year they break out... He's a class act and gives the kids a great experience regardless of wins and losses.

well good luck to both these teams, when I played they were both seoal members with us. glad to be getting back to fighting tiger/blue devil matchups. miss the series with meigs too.

we have payed $90.00 a kid per sport. for at least 6 or 7 years i think much longer. it is a lot i had times when all my kids were in school i was paying $540.00 to $630.00 a year. but i also have to say. at least in football they did fundraisers that offset the cost and most years did not have to pay.

Wrong ! Remember when it was 100 plus ! Why did not Holzer help fund GA with a new field back when?

i have heard it was $100.00 at one time but i only paid $90.00 in the years i had kid play sports. Holzer having financial difficulties.... was the reason stated why.

Meigs looked pretty good on film against those 2 schools. looks like they need to spend a week on fine tuning the passing game and they will be very very good.

Our kids sell things I think twice a year. No standing on the corner.

Most "standing on the corner" are the academic programs.

changed my mind defense for blue devils is just not there yet. if meigs doesn't turn the ball over they will score on every offensive possession. Blue devils can improve but a lot to fix in a week.. offense is improving each time out... so we will see if defense can begin to turn it up.

Blue Devils are young and small but they have the right man for the job, Coach Rife knows what hes doing. However so does mike bartrum
Taking the Marauders in a blow out, but still Good Luck to the OVC and go out play hard and prove everybody wrong.

Marietta beat Meigs last night in Jamboree. A little surprising but don't think it will have much to do with the outcome of this game.

i think meigs showed plenty.. really they were just a little unfortunate, they could of easily had 2 or 3 more scores. passing game looked better then previous scrimmage but they still are not quite in sink yet.

I was told this morning that a kid went down last night with some sort of serious leg injury last night at practice for the Blue Devils. If that is true, wishing a speedy recovery to him.

Anyone know how many times the OVC and TVC go at it this year.

TVC looks like the overall best in SEO at this time.
