Don't think Paladin gives a fly-un hoot what anyone thinks of him/or calls him names on here. He knows as well as we do, PrimeTime. "The self seekers, and sauceboxes are easy to identify". Ignore them.

1st, it’s beyond reproach not approach.
2nd, the name calling is inappropriate, however, replying that people are “spewing” out one sided thoughts after penning “people don’t care about their fellow human being” only fuels this behavior. I’m an educated person and I completely disagree with you and him

Don’t see how sports can resume safely, you can tell kids to wear a mask, social distance, watch temps, but all it’s going to take is coughing into others faces, no masks and sneezing, coughing, it’s a airborne problem. School boards and OHSSA has huge decisions to make for safest for all involved. Especially after kids doing what they want during summer and playing and getting in groups without social distancing, no face masks. How does the schools expect the kids to follow the rules when all summer they didn’t and grownups not setting a good example for the youth to look up to. the;numbers are rising at alarming rate in the US. just look at the map of the US over half of States now is on the rise and we have2months until classes. Big decisions loom and I hope for the best. States are trending in the wrong direction, so who makes the right calls come August and Sept. to open up schools and sports.PS I’m a educated person also if you really want to know. Also I wear a mask to protect myself and the people around me, it’s called doing the right thing.

That shouldn’t be going on and the players for fall sports shouldn’t be together either. We need these kids to fall into Great Depression and fear viruses!

The Experts are now saying that the Wuhan China Virus can now be spread through Chat boards on sports forums. Paladin and Primetime should do the "Right Thing" and stop visiting this site for the Safety of all!!!

Yep you’re exactly right..the covid 19 fans need their own forum to cheer on😂 and wish it upon themselves instead of all the normal minded people on here

Yeah that’s true all these kids need quarantined for at least 3 months so this “second” wave isn’t as bad as the “first” wave which hasn’t hit yet😂😂

I have been to grandson's go cart racing activities and little league games in South Carolina during the last three weeks. Very feeble efforts made at social distancing. Few if any masks worn. No screenings at entry points for symptoms. So I guess we are serving as guinea pigs to see if crowds are ok again or if we bring the covid19 contagion down upon us, especially since our state is reporting record numbers of new cases.

My oldest son is a long time local school board member. Liability is the problem. No way to get around it. Most schools here are reviewing surveys of parents, but there isn’t an overwhelming cry to open up. Crowds here are not back in restaurants or the mall. 2.2 million cases and rising. Deaths now over 118,000 and rising. Only dumbazzes are buying into a “ hoax”. Vast majority recognize the health pandemic crisis.

Kids in band have been told no band camp this summer and probably no marching band this fall. Schools are looking at every other day school or online again. Football ? Doubtful.

Fine. Then why all these phases? Why make kids practice when they are going to pull the plug on it? And band? How are they aren’t 6 ft a part all ready? You don’t think they want to perform too? Can’t you see how wrong and cruel that is? Why would anyone support such a body of government? Covid isn’t some sort of magic disease that only spreads in a football helmet. If they pull the plug, based on hunch, the OHSAA should be boycotted

To repeat, DeWine /Acton had an 86% approval for what they did. The 14% complain about everything. However if DeWine says yes, it then becomes the decision of each school board. The OHSAA doesn’t control school boards. If there was going to be football, your board would have already said so unless. saying they are waiting for the Gov. Don’t you think it’s funny that NO BOARDs have said that if DeWine approves, they are playing football ? No one is committing because they don’t even know yet exactly what they are doing for school. How many schools in SEO have declared what they are doing about having school ?

Some people swallow a big can of stupid. There is a small number of misfits and malcontents in society. Always. That’s why they are rarely elevated to positions of leadership and authority.

The school and ohsaa are at the mercy of DeWine. No one is making a decision because he won’t. It’s a trickledown effect. It’s the one power he actually has. That’s why he was getting bombarded with lawsuits from amusement parks and the fair boards. Something he’s had to retract

Your last paragraph answers any question I may have. You think leadership and authoritative people have to be right because they’re elevated in that position, while subliminally calling me a malcontent.

You danced around the obvious. What board has declared they are playing football if DeWine says o.k. ? What board has declared HOW school will be conducted ? Again, how many boards have said they are playing football if DeWine says o.k. ? OHSAA does NOT control school boards or DeWine. They administer sports program that CHOOSE to play. It’s late. DeWines yes or no does not change the fact Boards will have to make announcements soon if yes. None are on record even if they allow for a DeWine yes. Do stupid people even wonder why that is ?

We have a country with a small number of malcontents. Conspiracy theories are their stock in trade. No facts, just wacko ideas. Tin foil hats.

People gave DeWine/Acton high approval because they protected people’s lives and health. That was the priority of 86%. Not football. The malcontents try to deflect but the reality is liability, health and life or death are the priorities. Based on that, what type of schooling will there be in SEO this fall? Please tell me what has been announced ?

Rational decisions will be made by rational people. Not tin foil hats.

Dude it’s all about DeWines decision. No school will make a plan because he has the authority to shut the school down and he’s not made a plan. Everyone is in limbo right now. His plan should already be out. Which means everything else goes away, OHSAA, sports, etc. I was very high on DeWine at the beginning, not so much now.

The most amusing part of your argument is you think Ohio high school sports are going to be some sort of end the world activity all the while Lowe’s is jammed up with people on top of people getting paint and decking screws.

You’re point of view lacks strong support.
