Most Grovers will not agree with me but I believe Coal Grove is in jeopardy of 0-10. I just dont see us having the athletes to run this offense and defense. I hope I'm wrong but I dont believe I am.

We dont have the o-line to hold up with the running game we are going back to. We may have the fullback to run the ball but what line is he running behind?

Isn’t he running behind the same line as last year? The few times I saw them last year, they ran the ball pretty well

Well “2trap_4ever” we have 4 returning starters for a line how you figure he can’t run behind them as he did last year. We have a lot better coaching staff this year. Multiple games were lost last year due to the coaching staff, like Chesapeake, Portsmouth West. You will eat your words by week 10

Well, we have 4/5 starters returning on that line from last year, 2 seniors and 2 juniors. Maybe you’re forgetting about those who’ve all started last year? They all blocked for that back you’re taking about who rushed for 700 yards on limited carries last year as a sophomore. They’ve all been in the weight room hitting it hard this year and working. I have full faith in these boys and this coaching staff to get the job done!

10-0 seasons are very special. They often require everything go just right and then have a little bit of luck. That being said, sometimes teams are just better than all of their opponents. Also, with consistent success often comes a more difficult schedule to prepare for the playoffs.

They are making the move up to div 5 this year but their regular season schedule looks pretty unchanged. It will be interesting to see them play canton central Cath. in the playoffs if ccc doesn’t schedule themselves out of the playoffs again this year

I would say paint valley has a better shot at going 10 and 0 than wheelersburg does. But paint valley has a way better shot at going 0-10 than wheelersburg does. Sorry random I know

Adena week four is the league opener and should be a war. If memory serves correctly, Adena brings back a ton.

I'm excited to see what paint valley does this year. According to max preps they only have about 22 on the team this year if that is accurate it may be bad.
