Wheelersburg..... Still putting Burg at #1...Jackson has really been the only strong team they have played. I really think the wrong Ironmen showed up that night. Burg could still have won but not by as much.

Jackson..... I putting the Ironmen at #2 ..mostly on their schedule...Chillicothe, West Jeff, Granville and Wheelersburg...now how many teams in SEO would come out of those four games with just one loss?

Logan..... Teays Valley and Meigs are playing good ball and Athens may be back on track. I still see Jackson pulling out a close win this Friday night making Logan right behind Jackson.

Zane Trace..... Only big wins here are Elm and Paint Valley as far as records. But are the 2 really that good.

Meigs..... Wins over River Valley, Amanda are good wins and a couldn't hold the lead loss to Logan. They fought back the last two week after being down in both by 10/14 points. Could very well win out.

Paint Valley..... only loss to #4 and should win out and have many of the same victories that Zane Trace has.

Valley.....With the teams they have beaten I just don't see them beating any of the team above.

Chesapeake..... Only big win they have is against Alexander and I would think they couldn't do it again. Bad night for Alexander that night.

Alexander..... Could finish up 9 and 1 with solid play the rest of the way.

River Valley..... They have a couple big games to play yet and those just might tell RVs year.

burg- beat 1 team better than 2-4
jackson- beat two 4-2 teams and a 3-3 team
logan - beat a 5-1, a 4-2, and two 3-3
zane trace- beat two 5-1 teams and two 3-3 teams
meigs beat a 5-1 team
paint valley beat two 4-2 and two 3-3
valley beat a 5-2, a 4-2 and three 3-3
the computer points shows who has plated the best teams and won
logan is first followed closely by valley then zane trace

wheelersburg probably has the easiest week to week schedule of the top teams---they have two opponents on their schedule that have winning records--- thats pretty sad

Burg's schedule may be a little weak, but Zane Trace will only play two teams all season that are above average.

It'd be nice to have a general area these polls are made up of, or even leagues. Southern Ohio? Southeastern?

To my understanding the following is generally considered the coverage area for SEOPS:

MSL
OVC
SVC
SEOAL
SOC
TVC

Some schools from the MVL and SCOL may be included.

All schools have to be a member of the Southeast District.

The best part of the zt win was how they persevered
In the second quarter, a pv DEFENSIVE player cut zt best offensive lineman from BEHIND away from the ball.
He was done for the game and not sure when he will be able to play again.
Two plays later the same dlineman from pv rolled the zt qbs ancles and put him out for the rest of game.
Zt won the game having to play 2 and a half quarters without those players.
The qb is on pace for 1000 rushing and passing and was a huge loss,

They beat Jackson. How did they do that playing such a weak sked? You made everyones point that Burg is ranked #1 by saying Jackson beat all these better teams that had better records.

Logan is a member of the SE District but has to play in the Central due to its size. Like Zanesville out East.
