Gallia wins tonight by about 4 scores. I have scene nothing on film that makes me believe Fairland can slow down the blue devil offense. So if Gallia Academy can cut down the penalties on offense they should hang at least 50 on the dragons. On defense Gallia has to control fairland screens. Fairland can still be explosive and have some big plays without the screen game but will not be able to put long drives on the board. So my prediction is Blue devils 56 fairland 30.

Lot of confidence coming from the blue devil backers... Heard the coach is so confident that he cancelled Thursdays practice... hope he knows what he's doing....

I heard a Fairland player was ejected from their game last week. Is there a penalty that he has to sit out this week?

Congratulations blue devils on a great win. Even though i was close on the final score. I absolutely underestimated this fairland team. The people from fairland should be very proud of their team. That is a heck of a football team. You may be 2-3 after 5 weeks. but i think you are no worse then a 7-3 team, and you will give everyone you play fits. 45 is the real deal and several other very good football players. good luck the rest of the year.

Fairland and Rock Hill are very similar, only difference Fairland can score some points.... Gallia is similar to Fairland, neither can play defense.... Wonder who Marietta is similar too?

Coaches made some nice adjustments at half time for Gallia and put up a big 0 in the second half. Starting this year with a new offense these kids are grasping this offense pretty fast. We also should remember that this team lost a lot of good seniors , and the team is much younger than last years , so there will be some growing in some positions with sophomores. In closing Fairland had some very nice players, 45 and 32 can play for about anyone. QB pretty good and some nice players up front. Good luck to Fairland rest of this year and GAHS take on Marietta next week a team that should be much better than what than what they are.

Yes. Dionte Braye had to sit this week, and it was noticeable for both our OL and DL. Dionte is 6'5 335, so he's a cornerstone for both lines. Luckily, he'll be back for the Burg game this week.

On another note, congrats GA, you all played a heck of a game. Good luck on the rest of your season.
