Nobody answered my question about McCray's status for this game. Either nobody knows or it's a secret?

It sounds like a similar injury to what happened to Wade Martin last year for Burg. He missed a couple weeks and then came back with a huge pad on his hand/lower arm for the rest of the season. For offensive blocking it may not be too much of a problem, but for tackling it is a bigger issue.

McCray is fine, when he has the future he has ahead of him, why play him in a game against NW? After all, Minford did put 60 up without him.

I would have to go with The Burg in this one, but it should be close.

Not sure if he could have helped put up anymore. Lol. Great kid, he would play in this game with a neck brace. No way he misses this one. I did hear, he may have to skip basketball. That would be a shame, like watching him play.

Burg will have to be ready for the falcons. If they are playing the way they have been, i cant see them losing this one.

I will actually be attending this game instead of Valley/NW so im hoping for a close game but I have a feeling its not gonna happen...If Minford couldnt stop the outside run because of Wests "speed" then Burg is going to absolutely thrash them...I watched Wests "speed" get shut down by Valleys defense so im pretty suspect of Minford at the moment...No rain predicted for Friday so Minford better dominate TOP and get some turnovers if they expect to win...forgetting to cut the grass for 3 weeks wouldnt hurt either lol

^ If you think its not gonna be close, why not go watch Oak Hill and Symmes Valley at Oak Hill? Oak Hill will likely be Valley's 1 round opponent in the playoffs.

I don't know what the weather is like in the burg but it's been pouring the rain for 4 straight days in Minford and It's going to be hard to pass the ball in these types of field conditions. And burg hasn't played on grass since week 1 that's a huge factor ecspecialy wet muddy grass.

As of Oct 14. Here is Valleys projected opponents
1st round opponents: Monroe Central (Woodsfield) 28%, Oak Hill 23%, Columbus Academy (Gahanna) 15%, Newark Catholic (Newark) 13%, Fort Frye (Beverly) 11%

If Burg can stop Minfords inside run game. It will be a long night for the falcons
