No I dont think Coal Grove will host,Just not enough level 2 points out there to get them in the top 4!Look for Burg to jump them into the #4 spot since they have 2 money games left againist West and Valley!Even if they split those games I look for them to jump the Grove!I just looked at Joe Eitel and Burg is sitting at #11 but controls its own destiny so not a good sign for Coal Grove to host!

A 7-3 Burg will not jump a 9-1 CG. I think Burg will finish 8-2 though. I don't think Oak Hill loses to New Richmond either. Oh well. Worst case scenario, the Grove ends up playing somewhere in Scioto County or Oak Hill. Just gotta see how it all plays out. If Valley beats Burg and Minford, CG will be at home.

Probably the only way Coal Grove gets a home game is if Burg loses both games or thats how I see it,Plus we dont know how other teams in region 19 will fare these last 2 weeks,Just too many factors we will have to wait and see!

One thing's for sure: if CG slips up in the next two weeks, they won't have to worry about any of it. The Hornets need to come out the next two weeks and blow these teams out of the water early.
On a side note, how is the kid from fairland who broke his arm Friday?

He dislocated his elbow and he will be out the rest of the season. It's sad to know that could happen to him he is a good kid with a lot of heart.

He is going to be fine,He got the dislocation fixed that night but he is going to take a couple of weeks to get back to normal!I had a knee dislocation last year and it took me about a month to get full range of motion back in it!But Kyle is 25 years younger than me so I figure he will ahve a quicker recovery than an old man like me! :lol:Anyway the good news is he will be fine!

Rumor in CG is that Fairland got new visitor side bleachers or at least fixed them up. Any truth to this?

The QB from fairland will make some plays, but in the end.....not enough plays.

Grove by 21+

Well, another blowout OVC win for the Grove. The Hornets harrassed Fisher all night, forcing 3 or 4 INTs. The Hornets' passing game proved crucial at times too, with #4 making perfect throws far downfield to #33 and #5. #22 had a couple of nice INTs and ran hard on O. #40 did his thing between the tackles. Hopefully the Grove is peaking. Great win guys!
