B Ball is trying to get people stirred up. Twisting words to fit his goals of trying to find something to get his team fired up, sounds almost like the debate on health care. Relax no one has made fun of South Gallia on this post, just put up stats for comparison. Purple Tornado wanted some research and I gave it to him. It was not meant for anything else.

I say Oak Hill probably pulls out a close one in an upset win over the Rebels. :-D

Next year SG will get to tee it up against TVC Hocking teams when it actually means something other than just an mark in the L column. Hopefully for the Rebel Nation they fare better next year against those teams. As for this one. Well the Oaks just manhndled my Tomcats, who I think are prolly 4 or 5 touchdowns better than SG this year going on common opponents. So I can't see anything but Oak Hill scoring as many as they want to in an attempt to forget about having to play on the road in the playoffs due to a weak schedule.

Just my thoughts guys!

I wonder if the Oaks will have practice in the morning due to no school on Friday

Hey G-. Well maybe this will answer your question of why Oak Hill is in the SOC I.Here is a history of Oak Hill competing in the SOC I. As you can see over the last 5 seasons it has been fairly competitive and a good fit for Oak Hill. Like all small schools things swing back and forth

2004 Season SOC I Schools Record 2-2
Lost Symmes Valley 34 OakHill O
Won Oak Hill 25 Notre Dame 24
Lost East 38 Oak Hill 32
Won Oak Hill 36 Green 30

2005 Season SOC I Record 0-4
Lost Symmes Valley 41 Oak Hill 20
Lost Notre Dame 35 Oak Hill 7
Lost Green 28 Oak Hill 6
Lost East 14 Oak Hill 6

2006 Season SOC I Record 2-2
Won Oak Hill 34 Symmes Valley 6
Won Oak Hill 29 Notre Dame 6
Lost East 14 Oak Hill 13
Lost Green 26 Oak Hill 6

2007 Season SOC I Record 2-2
Lost East 35 Oak Hill 16
Lost Notre Dame 28 Oak Hill 20
Won Oak Hill 45 Symmes Valley O
Won Oak Hill 53 Green 13

2008 Season SOC I Record 3-1
Lost East 21 Oak Hill 13
Won Oak Hill 34 Notre Dame 2
Won Oak Hill 56 Symmes Valley 7
Won Oak Hill 34 Green 0

All jokes aside, the Rebels will get throttled in this game. The only thing that could keep it within 40 points is the refs. But I credit SG for continuing to play OH when it was clear a few years ago that they were going to be pretty good. The Oaks on the other hand, should have probably looked for some better teams to play to prepare them for the playoffs. I know Trimble has suffered for years in the playoffs due largely to the fact that the schedule was pathetically weak. The other side of that is what happened to Trimble this year. If you do schedule up, you better win some of them.

Just my thoughts guys!

I think that the weather will be a factor aswell. IF it rains it will give the rebels a better chance. Do i think they can win no, but i think it will give them a better shot.

Congrats to the Oaks on the win tonight. The Oaks showed a lot of class tonight. I want to wish them the best of luck in the playoffs, they have a good football team.

Rebels-keep your head up come back next week to get ready to play Symmes Valley.
