Enjoy the Poll, Week III is Here Already ...

Don't you think Piketon is a better team than Federal Hocking??

I think this poll might be a little bias ;-)

NY has clearly beaten two better teams

Nice poll....my top three would have to be

1. Athens
NY

3. Alexander

But either way u put the top two you cant go wrong both seem to be strong teams this year and I look for the TVC-OHIO title come down between Athens and NY. Can't wait its gonna be a dandy!!!!! GOOOOO BUCKEYES!!!!!

Orange & Brown -

Just keep this in mind. The Poll looks at an opponent as a number. Piketon was (0-1) coming into the game with Nelsonville-York and Federal Hocking was (0-1) coming into the game with Athens. Now both teams are (0-2) and both Athens & NY are (2-0). The Poll is based on a points system I will try to get up so everyone can see.

Like I said I am trying to be unbias with this Poll as it is all in good fun and it is something to do (since my playing days are long gone :) ) but I know when I did the points for this Week that Athens points for and points against were giving them the slight edge over NY but NY was close...

So the more you score and the less you give up are the biggest factors in helping decide between positions in the poll??

If thats the case and I am not sure that it is then you get penalized for beating good teams?? I am just trying to figure out your system here. However you want to do this is fine with me I am just trying to figure out how you are doing it.

I guess the best way to look at it is that NY and Athens play each other so if both teams are undefeated then we will know.

O & B -

The More You and The Less You Give do help...also Winning and where you Win, and if you can string Wins together and if you can defeat opponents with wins on their record...

There's a short-hand of the Poll System

Actually Trimble is 4 extra points away from at least 2 ties.
Missed extra point vs NY lost 7-6
Missed two extra points and a try for 2 vs Alex lost 35-32

Just wondering, where would you put Wahama (1-0) in the Hocking so far?

Again, just wondering where you would put them, no disrespect intended.

Only 3 Teams (Athens , NY, Alexander) remain undefeated...who will stay? Who will fall for the 1st time? Will someone take the #1 Spot from Athens...?

What about those teams without a WIN? Can they get into the Win Column? Can they shock a team that might be over looking them?

FRIDAY NIGHT is here!
Week III should be a good one!!!

The Poll is completed for Week III and will be out tomorrow afternoon...
I can say the TOP 3 remain unchanged (however the pts between them are becoming closer and closer together)....

The rest of the Poll was shaken and stirred up a bit with one new team joining the Poll and another dropping under the cutt line once again...

Great Week III of Football ... its Week IV already...

What TEAM will make the most noise...?
What TEAM will fall...?

Will we see any change between the TOP 3 TEAMS..?

League Games are gonna make this one of the BEST WEEKS this Season...

WEEK FOUR WAS A GOOD WEEK FOR FRIDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL...

One team made a statement...
One team had to dig deep down for a comeback...
Several teams have found their season in a skid of consecutive losses...

WEEK FIVE SHOULD BE RIGHT UP THERE...
