After sectionals, the Central, East and Southeast sectionals combine for the District meet. Here are the district qualifiers:

District qualifiers are announced based on their times at sectionals. The top 30 in each event from the Central, East and Southeast sectionals qualify for districts.

I know nothing about swimming but it looks like Athens dominated in pretty much all the events, boys and girls.
