Girl on a boys team

If a school offers girls tennis but the girl chooses to play a different fall sport can she play on the boys tennis team.

I really doubt it. You would have to play on the team offered.

Girls are allowed to play spring tennis, even if there is a fall team.

No, boys are not allowed to play fall tennis.

from OHSAA "1.14 Any girl who has not participated on the girls team in the fall, either in a scrimmage or match ,may participate on the boys team in the spring."

This has been done several times. Warren JFK had a girl as the #2 player. She won most of her matches and made it to the regional.

That usually depends on state athletic association rules—some allow it, others don’t.
