Dates for the Camp are Sunday Jan. 13 and Sunday Jan. 20. Each session is $75. Its shot put only.

Capital University has a one day throwing camp on January 27 also. There might be a deadline I dont know but you might call their athletic department.

The weather cut the camp into half of what it usually is, attendance speaking, so everyone had a lot of one-on-one attention.

Personal coach rates of someone with his background could be around $200 a day. I am not sure he is even coaching anymore though.

Go to your local library and ask if the have any books or videos on shot and disc technique. I learned a lot from watching videos and reading. Call information ask for South Point, Ohio then Rusty Smith if that doesn't work out pm me and I will get you his number. He helped my son when he was in junior high, we were the compitetion against his son and players, and he is a great coach.
