Yes, looks like they both won by about the same margin. I wonder how realistic each team's chance is of winning the state.

Warren should have a great chance of winning state in the 3200 (Cantley) and the 4X800 (Cantley and Co.). They could also score good points in the mile (Cantley & Wilson) and the open 800 (Majoy). I'm not sure about the Discus (Call) or the Pole Vault (Cox).

I don't know how many points it will take to win the state this year, but it does seem like Warren has a chance.

Anybody have any data to project the outcome?

What are the prospects for the Gallia women?

Warren should make some noise and possibly finish in the top four or five. Cantley with the best qualifying time in the 3200, hopefully will win. The 4x8 and open 800 will finish back somewhat, possibly 3rd and 4th. There could also be a place in the 1600, exactly where ????? IMO, Warren might score 24-26.

Warren has 5 guys going in 7 events.

Cantley and Wilson should score in the 1600 and the 3200. Cantley could win the 3200 after running the 1600.

Majoy is ranked in the top 6 in the 800.

Call has a chance to make the podium in disc.

Cox is ranked 4th overall I believe in PV.

The 4x8 is in great position to win. They have not been pushed all season. They are actually ranked 1st if you take every teams best time. They will not be gettin 4th Region 15 ;-)

Warren could score 40+ at state, last year 41 toke home the title.

For Meigs, Catie Wolfe advanced to the state in the 100 and 200. Cornelius English advanced in the 200.

Good luck to all our area athletes.

Love to see Warren get first but I will say it will go

Pemberton-----42
Warren---------37
Col. Eastmoor--32

A lot will depend on what Wilson can bring in and if Call can have his best day in the discus plus what Majoy has in the tank.
I think Cox has a good chance in winning the pole vault.

Pemberton should rack up points in all the field events plus a real good chance in taking the 200.

Columbus Eastmoor is strong in the 4x1--4x4 and should pull in big points from 400/100

Pemberville Eastwood will be good. They have thrower Welch in both events. Jumper Hoodlebrink in both events. Sprinter Seifert in 100/200 and the 4x2.

Eastmoor has Isaiah Pead 100/200/400. Steven Mitchell 110h/300h. They also have there 4x1,4x2,4x4 teams.

Warren has just as good of a shot as these guys.
