Well since XC is almost officially over what did u think of Southern's team? Meigs? Eastern?
They all did great i think!

I think that Southern is improving.

They do have a guy runner and a girl runner. DUH!! i mean of the ppl from thos4 schools running or there teams.

Yep. Keith Aeiker and Emeri Connery ran outstanding at districts. Aeiker pr'd by 47 seconds.

Thats always good to PR bye that much. I know Kyle Goode from Southern Pr by like 20 seconds or so. running 17:23 or something like that. I do know he has now broken His School record like 3-4 times. Good luck to all TVC runners at reginals.
