This course will never hold up until the last race of the day. The hill will be a disaster. Good luck to my Blue Angels!

How does the Rio Grande course compare with other District courses?
I heard that they had to run up the hill twice, maybe that explains the slightly slower times.

They had to run the hill twice plus a smaller hill twice, plus the ground was soft from all the rain. :122249
Re: District Cross Country @ Rio Grande
So with that said, do you think the teams advancing from Rio will fair better at the Regionals?

10-20 seconds average improvment at Pickerington vs Rio.
The Cambridge East and Watkins Central District times usually slow down 20-30 seconds at Pickerington if the weather is the same etc..
Look at previous years on Baums page and compare

Re: District Cross Country @ Rio Grande
I say 12-23 seconds faster at Pick vs Rio and then the other districts slow down 19-28 seconds.
Overthetop is way off as usual.

looks like Southeast D2 Boys and D3 boys will be sending teams and individuals to state. Unioto and Fairland are going to in the top 4 teams.
in D3 boys I expect Wolfe, Gardner, Mangus, Hildebrant and Strahler to make it out

Milesplit has the Rio and Pick North courses ranked about the same at 26-27 secs slow. Cambridge is ranked 50 secs fast. For girls, I think if they are not peaked for the regional race, the times are about the same. It seems like Pick regionals are always a mess though....muddy, raining, snowing, so it's hard to tell.
