Because everyone was saying coming in how HP was gonna blow the Burg out. It didn't happen.

Congrats Burg on another great game and another great season. HP will be in trouble against Versailles. They weren't as formidable as everyone said. Or maybe Burg is a good football team.

According to Max Preps the winner of this game gets the winner of Versailles/Preble Shawnee. That is Region 20.

So from looking at common opponents which I know doesn't mean much, Burg got by Minford and Amanda Clear Creek beat Minford pretty easily in the playoffs 2 weeks ago. HP only beat the Crick 21 to 10. I was thinking Chillicothe as well. Harvest Prep is in Canal Winchester between Lancaster and Columbus so that would be about equal distance.

Kirtland proves to everyone this week how good they really are. Will be a dandy ballgame but I believe Kirtland walks away with a regional title.

Fairland is out so the Burg carries the flag once again.

At this point, I am not counting the Burg out of any game. You know how many times the Burg has been the last school from Southern Ohio still in the playoffs? Too many to count. Of course I haven't heard if Fairland won or not.

Proud of the Pirates to get this far. It's been that kind of season where the feeling something good was coming together was gonna happen. Harvest Prep has a complete ball club. I believe the Burg will be ready for some more never say die football.

The Burg always makes good adjustments at halftime and are a good second half team. I could see either team doing most of their scoring in the second half when the other team has either figured the other one out or have worn the other one out.
