Re: Clay Panthers 2009

Clay hasn't even started the season yet and they have already lost a player. Catcher/3rd baseman Aaron Crumm can't play this year due to his left knee. I heard he (most likely) has to have surgery on it.

Re: Clay Panthers 2009?

They may have held minford to only 2 in the half, but i think minford came into that game a little bit over confident and kinda laid down the first half.

they might have, but still all freshmen and sophmores, they did really good

Yes Colin can throw fast, but i don't think he throws high 90's. Most-likely high 80's.

Re: not noticed

I would say Barney from Minford, even though he had that little incindent during the season. And also Crumm , the first year player from Clay, he showed he could play(even being a rookie at the sport)

Re: SOC best hitters and pitchers on each team

I agree, I think he will find out, and find out fast, the difference between senior league and varsity baseball, but then again maybe he will just jump into it and be pretty good. You just never know now-a-days.

Re: SOC best hitters and pitchers on each team

BeAWarrior I will tell you what i know about Crumm. He hasn't played baseball in 3 years(which was senior league, and he played for Clay), but the last year he played he played catcher/3rd base, and led the team in batting avg. If i remember the stat correctly i think his BA was somewhere between .6...

Re: SOC best hitters and pitchers on each team

No, Clay don~t have many good players, but they are a competetive team. The players from Clay to watch are, Garrett, Crumm, and Puckett

Re: Clay Panthers 2009?

I still think the panthers could be very competetive next year. Holly hempill is most likely gonna be in the goal, the fullbacks should be Singer, Keeton (all soc 1st team), Ruby(2nd team), and then the 2nd year player Crumm. The mid-field will probaly be Carter, Valentine, Jordan, and then Kelli (2...

Re: BCS Bowl Games

In the National Championship game, it's gonna come down to who can play DEFENSE. Both schools have amazing quaterbacks, which leads to amazing offense, which leads to big numbers being put up. But the reason i pick the gators is because, they have a much FASTER defense. The d-line, linebackers, and ...
