Re: Christian Singer Admits He Is Gay.

If you believe that the Holy Bible is indeed God's Holy Word to us, there is no debate here. If you do not believe in the Bible, you will not agree with or understand those who do. This is a very simple case. First and foremost, I think all Christian's who believe in the Holy Bible, should indeed pr...

Re: Fairland 14 @ Tolsia 21 Final

Why on earth would Fairland be "open" in football? That is crazy! With other teams begging for teams to play? So you fire your coach, go winless thus far and now you dont have a game this week? You all must be loaded with money up there in Dragonland?!

Re: 3-0 Russell @1-2 Ashland

Gosh I bet the grass grows about 1/8th of an inch this friday, while people try to watch this one. Russell should be way to physical for Ashland. I will say 28-13, Russell.

Re: Ironton At Ashland JV And We Supposedly Have Mystery Flags?

Come on, give Ashland a break. The once proud program has lost about 84 out of 86 games to Ironton, on all levels since 1990. You gotta give them a crumb or two.

Unlike Russell, at least they have played us the past 15+ years.

Maybe the BOE's plan is going exactly as planned? Maybe football has little meaning on the eastern end?

Re: Gas Prices To Cut Friday's Game Attendance Down?

An excellent post Kantucky II. I think it is time to combine wonderful resources and unbelievable talent. How about a sit down between Mr. Vaughn, Mr. Ridgeway, yourself, Mr. Shotsky and Mr. Sandborn? There is 5 unreal talented guys that together could really produce a great website. If those 5 guys...

Did WVa. drop out of the USA? Unreal, when a company can lose everything, but be told how much they are allowed to make. Welcome to Russia

Re: OSU vs. USC

The Bucks played scared all night. If you are going to play your best, Pryor needs to be the man at QB. The national media is very correct about OSU. They are also very correct about the Big Ten. I hate to say it, but the Big Ten is probably the 4th best conference in the US.

Re: Mark May

He picked UCLA to win today. They got nipped by 59 points. Yea, he looks pretty good. Oh, he also picked Michigan to beat ND. Wrong again. As for picking USC. What a genius pick. he picked a team that was favored by 11.5 points, to win. Really going out on that limb. Ha Ha.

Re: Gas Prices To Cut Friday's Game Attendance Down?

Gas prices wont effect Ironton's crowd. I n ever expected a big crowd to go to Logan anyway. 2 years ago, there probably wasnt 100 go to Zanesville. Last years trip to Logan was down as well. Last n ight, there must have been 400 open seats on the home side at an Ashland game.

Re: Memorable Ironton vs Ashland Games/Plays

They weren't trying to stop Jermon Jackson. They were trying to slow down that amazingly quick tackle Ironton had. Gannon, I believe was his name.

My favorite Ashland moment was listening to Coach Marsh "cry" on the radio about Chuck Price getting stuffed 4 straight plays in the 1982 game.

Re: Transfers

Are you talking about a legal addres or where the kid actually sleeps? We all know instances in the past 5 years where a kid will have an "official" address in his/her "new" district, but really sleeps at his "old" house. Transfer rules are a joke.

How is this an upset? ironton has lost the only respectable game that they have played. I would not say this is an upset whomever shall win. I do expect a close game however.

Re: WK 2 Our Lady Mount Carmel Secondary School @ (0-1) Ironton

Ironton plays Chillicothe, Logan, Nelsonville, portsmouth and has already played Wheelersburg, all on the road. That's pretty stout competition. Those 5 games will dictate the season for Ironton. Not to mention Gallipolis and Jackson on the home schedule. Someone mentioned 1999 on a previous post. I...

Re: WK 2 Our Lady Mount Carmel Secondary School @ (0-1) Ironton

2 old aside, Ironton has really struggled the past year or so. Ironton has only won 5 out of it's last 13 games. The Tigers really need to turn things around. Hopefully it is this week. The Tigers have some big big games coming up and they need to get things tuned up. It's way too early to judge thi...

few years back Lutz may have lost to Jackson's new coach. Maybe someone from Jackson could comment on that.
