Re: Week 7 Green vs. Northwest at PHS
Northwest 50 Green 21 Coach Caudill (East Graduate, player, 2 or 3 time SOC Champion & Former East Asst. Coach) and his version of the Double Wing keeps on rolling! Tommy knows this offense as good as any current coach in the area; he should, he himself is a product of this offense. Can't wait t...

Re: Week 7 Green vs. Northwest at PHS
I could really care less whether Oak Hill and Northwest are winning or not. It's not about them. Size wise they should be in a conference with larger schools. Its not fair to a school like Green who dressed 15 kids. They are the ones getting penalized because those two can't compete. If they can't ...

Re: WEEK 7: Symmes Valley (3-3) @ East (3-3)
In regards to Rusty Webb and the Vikings. I know this about that... we "East" are their rivalry! As, Notre Dame is ours; we are the team on their schedule that they want to beat every year.. that came from their coaching staff about 5 years ago. Rusty started out coaching under Coach Davis...

Re: WEEK 7: Symmes Valley (3-3) @ East (3-3)
Gerald kid missed because of the Flu? Why didnt he take a B12 shot and go on? Wow! I think that you have to only attend 2 practices and go to school Thursday and Friday to be eligible to play in Friday night's game. I could be wrong about it though. I know if your sick and you don't want to miss sc...

Re: WEEK 7: Symmes Valley (3-3) @ East (3-3)
Symmes Valley 35 East 12 Who is the quarterback for East? Also, on the 8 fumbles at the QB spot! You have to remember that the coaching staff installed a new offense in week 3 or 4! Even a senior at QB would have problems with ball handling if you switched during the season, especially after trainin...

Re: WEEK 7: Symmes Valley (3-3) @ East (3-3)
Gerald has the flu and missed some school,He was on the sidelines,Basham has a Staph infection, that's almost 600lbs from the line .Did you notice east had 8 fumbles in the game--Freshman QB Well, that explains the loss to Oak Hill. Staph is common in high school football locker rooms; especially i...

Re: WEEK 7: Symmes Valley (3-3) @ East (3-3)
Looking for this match-up to be a dog fight. Anyone know how T Gerald is doing? Noticed he wasn't playing last night. Did the Gerald kid not play in last Friday's game? Was the kid injured or what? Is he going to play this week? Usually no response equals bad news... ie injured, academics or discip...

Re: Week 5 scores and updates
Holy Crap! Neither team must not have much for defense! Highest scoring game in East History is Matewan @ East 64 - 60! Matewan won the game. Arthur Henderson was East running back and McCaugherty was East coach.pmow3 wrote:53-50 rock Hill 5 min to go

Re: week 5 Rock Hill @ East
Now that East has found out what works for them, hopefully they can let the momentum carry them to a win. They are running the Double-Wing again... the same offense they run when they won 3 SOC I Championships in a row! If they would have stuck with it they could have been averaging 30+ points agai...

Re: SOC 1 Predictions and News
Sciotoville Community would have to be my favorite in SOC 1 play. The Brown kid and Gerald the big OSU commit should take them far. I would say it has been a long while since a 4-star recruit has come out from a school in the SOC 1 or 2 (if ever?) Getting to that level is a extraordinary feat no ma...

Re: East @ South Gallia week 1
LOL!!! Seen a big red headed kid smoking a cig crossing Harding Ave. leaving Jenkins gas station with what looked like game attire on. Might have been a coach? He looked like he had a Mohawk haircut! Had the cig hanging out his mouth; this manchild was huge!!! Looked like he could have benched-press...

Look at the Cadogens .. where they at and what did Penn St. do for them in their situations or to improve their brand? You have another young man who plays for Mich. St. who beat Ohio St. in Pendelton! Where will he decisions land him in the future? Especially, when he starts and could very possibly...

My deepest sympathy and hope for his family and friends. This is a poem that helped me when my own dad passed away five years ago. The Dash I read of a man who stood to speak at the funeral of a friend. He referred to the dates on his Tombstone from the beginning... To the end. He Noted that first c...

Re: Schedule for 2014 Sciotoville Football Team?
Glad to see the Tartans schedule finally get beefed back-up a little! Southpoint and Rock Hill are both good upgrades on the schedule next year. Good job to Adam Bailey for scheduling a tougher schedule! You are only as good as your weakest scheduled team; unless you go 0-10 then, you are the weakes...

Sciotoville Tartans
Can anybody tell me anything on how the Tartans are doing this season? Wins, losses.. who they have beat and who has beat them? Maybe some scores too! I'm not seeing hardly anything on them.

Re: Portsmouth to the OVC?
First of all... Portsmouth would leave any league they are in if, the SOC 2 would let them in!
Second... I think Jackson would be a great fit for the SOC 2!
