The JV also played 2 quarters against New Boston and won. I would have liked to have seen how much more they would have improved over 4 quarters, but understand that if they did that then they would have no bench for varsity. I enjoyed watching all the girls getting a chance to show what they can do.

Western did play a 2 quarter JV game against New Boston tonight. They just don't have enough depth to pull off a full JV game and still have a bench to go to in the Varsity game. I hope that Western will be able to continue at least this, so that our freshman and sophmore's can gain more experience.

The Lady Indians beat New Boston 50 to 39 tonight. They played hard, it was a great game.

They beat East 38-36. The new assistant coach brings a great deal to the table and the girls are learning alot from her. I hope things continue to go up from here. There is alot of talent on the team, and Brewster allows the others to only get better as she grows into her role.

I understand what you are saying but By us takeing part in this thread we just add fuel to the original posters fire I would have hoped that after last years crazy witch hunt and out right assault on a coaches professional and personal life that went on out here on any and every open Internet forum...

There's not a coach in the state that would have much more success with this team than Mr. Lightle is having. To win you have to have the horses. It really rather simple. Western 42 Eastern 95. Though both teams played super hard.

Western Jr. High girls looked great at Paint Valley. I see great things with these girls in the coming years.
