I will be pulling for the Shermans in this one. I know Ross county will be represented well and there will be plenty of purple and gold in the convo.
I will take Unioto in a thriller. Unioto 59 Warren 58.

Re: Chillicothe Cavaliers
Havent seen one game this year. However, there has to be a reason why ZJ is not starting for the game. No coach would sit him based off strategy. When he is arguably the best player in the district sitting him for a start of a game or 2nd half is simply discipline issues. and no he is not is not sit...

Re: Chillicothe Cavaliers
Regardless how you cut it, CHS is not as talented as the past 6 years. Probable the least talented team. However, they have one of the top 5 talented kids in the past 6 years in the Johnson boy. He's a PTP'er. You will have a down year every once in a while.

Re: Chillicothe Cavaliers 2012-1013
Any word on if our tallest player is Johnson? If so regardles of how well we play it will be hard to make a deep run without a true center.

Chillicothe Cavaliers 2012-1013
Thoughts? Whats up with this years team? New coach, new system, new players.
What is everyone hearing surrounding this team? Expectations etc etc.
Let's get this year started!

Re: Portsmouth West @ Chillicothe
Chilly will never be good again until Hinton utilizes the speed. Running the ball 60% of the time will not win very many ball games with those kids. We are faster than 90% of the teams we play but we try to muscle opponents like were Amanda. Good luck gettin that through to Hinton though. He wont be...

Re: Cavalier Football 2012
This has been the case in Chillicothe for years. Hot headed kids who dont want to put the work in and swallow their pride for the better good of the program and team. The coaches are more worried about teaching these kids life lessons than winning, and thats the way it should be. Worry about a teams...

Re: Chillcothe Cavaliers 2012/2013
It's looking very very very ugly as of right now...I hope it can get turned around fast.. if not, the pre Coach K era will be back and Chilly will struggle to get out the Sectionals... Please elaborate bvmv4life. Are you talking about talent level or the coach? I have heard some of the same things ...

Re: Chillicothe Coach Gary Kellough Steps Down
Not sure I completely agree with the decision. Then again I was not in the interviews and do not know this coach. However, I say I dont completely agree because I can see this coach having 2-3 years success and then jumping shipt for the next best job. I would have liked to see Combs, or Lisath beca...

Hawkeyepierce= Haterrrrrrrrr Your jealousy oozes from your pore's sir. Let me lay out some FACTS for you Hawk 1.) you are the biggest HATER on Chillicothe sports I and anyone else has ever heard. 2.) There was a time when there were not many people in the stands. There was also a time in the early 9...

Re: Chillicothe Coach Gary Kellough Steps Down
My point is it happens all the time its not a big deal. However, I did not read the part about people that were not selected for the final interview. That seems kinda strange. Although, once again, similar things happen at the collegitate and professional level. You see stories of big names intervie...

Re: Chillicothe Coach Gary Kellough Steps Down
I think it was in very poor taste for the candidates and all those who applied to be made public knowledge. It seems to me that Chillicothe seems insecure and is saying "look who wants to coach at our school." Why include the names of the applicants who did not get an interview? This is v...

Re: Chillicothe Coach Gary Kellough Steps Down
Hobbs had no DISCIPLINE that was his problem. Not that he couldnt coach diversity. He knew the X's and O's well, but people walked alllll over him. CHS has alwayssss had talent in the program. In the late 90's early 2000's we just had coaching problems. Take 2002 for instance. Schmeider, Pece(exchan...

Re: Chillicothe Coach Gary Kellough Steps Down
While i was on the JV team Robertson was assistant varsity at CHS and he was the only one there at the time who knew a lick about bball. Also a good guy with the young men. He understand them and relates well. I like him as the next coach. If it were Lisath, Stiverson, or Robertson would anyone be T...

Re: Chillcothe Cavaliers 2012/2013
I hear that the London boy in 8th grade is the best of them all. I also heard on here earlier in the season that the Londons will be transferring to New Albany? I think thats what it said. Not sure why they would want to go there? Chillicothe has arguably the best run in southern Ohio in the past 7 ...

Re: 3/15/12 Regional Semi Chillicothe vs St.Clairesville
I said earlier this year as well that this is not our best team in recent memory. However, the path for the Cavs was by far the easiest I have seen yet in there district ships. Once again not to take anything away from St.Cville. They are obviously worthy of being where they are. But the Cavs should...
