there was talk of warren leaving for the TVC back when athens made the decision. and i have heard that logan, who has dominated the SEOAL for a while now, wants to move up.

I've heard rumors of the SEOAL just completely disbanding. Athens just left this year, i've heard Warren, Zanesville, Ironton and Logan want out but Marietta is news to me.
