South Point has a pep band ... and like their marching band, pretty good this year too.

I was curious what schools have a pep band (which is usually very similar to what the band plays in the stands during football) that plays at their home basketball games or if any have a jazz band that performs?

Yea, I noticed the home game distribution is very uneven. 6 in December, 3 in January, and 1 in February.

But I thought the Pointers looked pretty good last night, especially after they started heating up. Looking forward to an exciting season!

Hopefully South Point should improve over their average 5-5 record. This will be Doug Shilot's second season as coach, so I would expect to start seeing more positive results.
