Basketball officials must attend 1 state meeting for rule changes and points of emphasis during the season. They also must attend 4 meetings at a local level where rules and situations are discussed and interpreted. So no, a refresher for refs is not needed.

The gym and school were built in 1958 or 1959. That was the original floor that was replaced.
