I don't know about the girls. But I believe you are right about the guys that started in 7th grade...I think they only had 13 total athletes that year. The following year is when all the seniors that are running this year came out and made that great 8th grade team.

How's is the Logan kid that fell in the 300 hurdles? That had to be one of the hardest falls I've ever witnessed.

Re: Quitting A Sport
well i think it would depend on the situation the kid is in. say the kid isn't getting much playing time on the basketball team and would be able to step right in and wrestle, i think it would be fine.

Any word on White from Portsmouth? I know he was one of the favorites in the 300 hurdles but I don't see his name anywhere.

Re: SEOAL 2008
Well the meet is coming up in a week, what's everyone thinking? I'm taking Warren on the boys side, and on the girls it's really a toss up between Warren, Logan, Marietta, and Gallia.

Warren boys won by a ton of points don't know exactly how many. I'm pretty sure the Morgan girls held off Warren. Overall trophy goes to Warren.

13 teams will be attending this meet. On the boys side I look for Warren to run away with it, this seems...

Dunfee definitely ran his 7th grade year, he was a huge part of the junior high team that did so well.

Re: Unioto 4-1
Yes Logan did beat Warren twice last year, but I have to think that Logan graduated a lot more than Warren. With that being said I agree with an earlier post, Logan couldn't hang with Warren. I don't see many teams being able to.
