I didn't think OHSAA lost money just on the State Meet...I thought it included the post-season as well. I know Troy didn't charge admission. I know for a fact that the system was messed up for the boys 800M. I saw Coach Schramm go down to the camera and tell the guys it wasn't working (right before for girls 200M). I know the winning time was 2:00. I don't understand why Marietta had the 2 guys sitting down there all day with back-up tim...

What happened with the boy's 800M results? Was there a timing malfunction? I know the winner was 2:00, we were all timing it. There's no way it went 2:02, :03, :04, :05, etc. I'm pretty sure that was the Gallia boy's PR, that's a shame, and these results are sent to milesplit???

Could any of the fine people of Marietta tell me what time the running events start tomorrow?

As a distance runner's parent, I'm totally against kids running on the roads unless it's a not very heavily traveled road. There are too many driver distractions now (cell phones). One of my kids has already been hit by a car while running.

Thanks for the info Coach K. Maybe they meant the 29th? Maybe just the boys? I don't know....I was just reading off a prelim schedule. Nothing has been handed out yet.
