Is there a reason Eastern pulled out of the game against Vinton County? Did they make a mistake and have too many games, or double booked or something?

Paint Valley or any of the other football teams would have to make it to the state-semifinals to still be playing during this. That very well could happen, but I would imagine the Tip Off Classic would still be ok to play.

School boards are outdated and should no longer exist. Each district should have a manager (supt.), but they should not have to answer to a group of (in some cases) uneducated community members who haven't a clue how to run a school.

Looks like size was the only thing that mattered in girls' SVC basketball this year. After you posted the enrollment numbers that became very clear.

VC is supposed to play Wellston tonight and Meigs tomorrow. Because of impending weather, they are going to have Wellston and Meigs combine their teams and play one game against VC tomorrow. SE 8th grade girls won 42-13 over Zane Trace last night. Southeastern 8th grade girls are now 11-0, 10-0 in the SVC.

Southeastern 8th grade girls are still undefeated with a current record of 9-0. Their toughest game was a 6 point win during Christmas break against Eastern Brown. They have won all other games by very comfortable margins.

I believe Austin Lambert is a junior.

Southeastern 8th grade beat previously undefeated Piketon 50-29 and is now 4-0 this season. They have beat Unioto (36-17), Zane Trace (37-12), Adena (58-18) and Piketon so far.
