Athens is a great ball club. Their only down fall is depth. 4 strong ballers but let one get in foul trouble especially Lutz and they will have trouble with a good team. Good luck to them in the tournament run.

If the TVC would have an assigner it would at least take out the perception of homers any where. You'd probably see the same refs but again couldn't blame it on the schools. SOC and SEOAL, MVL, MID-State and Southern Hills league all have assigners along with the SVC. Not sure what the big deal is.

Pretty sure when the Sheriffs office is involved they aren't concerned about him being SICK!! They've never investigated me or talked to me when I have a cold or flu. Sounds like Jeff is the key to both programs. Breath of fresh air for the boys themselves??? probably.

There is now talk that they will change this and toss out your lowest vote and your highest to help stop this stuff

Also a coach would have had to give someone a list of the voting to post on here for the girls. If you want to see the actual votes than have your coach give you the list if the went to the meeting they will have it.

I'd bet the 15 seed vote was pay back for what the girls coach did in her voting, if truth was known and I doubt it will be. Also I've heard they didn't have a bio as RULES stated. email or not RV need to get it's act together. It could be that they go through a coach every year.

Someone will have to get by Unioto in the district semi's before worrying about the regionals. They are very, very solid and deep.

Was there something happen that was a surprise?

I have no problem with anyone of the #1 seeds. Warren/Athens would have been the closest and with 2 losses each and warren winning head to head by 30 they deserve it.

There would be an out roar if they allow a player to come back who quit the team and didn't play all year. That sounds like a desperate coach to me. Kid didn't get his way or didn't like how things were going and they beg him to play? I'd also say you will see a certain team give a very low vote to ...

There will be no reason for a long meeting Sunday. Seeds are set as of Friday. The coaches just pick up a list of how coaches voted, there will be no changes. Actually coaches don't even have to attend just a rep from the school to turn in roster and pick up tickets.

Votes must be in Friday and most coaches will have that done before Friday nights games. Coaches do not have to attend the meeting on Sunday only an administrator to turn in rosters and get tickets for first round games. They will get a list of how coaches voted but a mute point.

Have no clue but it should be a good crowd and good game. Two classy teams and top notch coaches on both sides.

The coach doesn't even have to go to this meeting. They can vote and never attend. Only an administrator needs to be there to turn in tournament forms pick up tickets and such. I'd like to know if the RV coach even went.

Belpre playing in the Hocking division probably didn't help third cause.
