Ironton St. Joe is an independent. Outside of the charging foul(which was horrible) the ex- Hornet coach was the best of the 3 officials.

R.I.P. Benny Murnahan

Former St. Joe, Clay & Notre Dame Head Coach Benny Murnahan passed away today due to cancer. I coached under and against Benny and I can tell you he was a competiter. Murnahan was also a great athlete at PND during his time. For you Ironton folks Murnahan was a 1st cousin to the Gagai family her...

1993- ND vs Boston College. It felt like a kick in the nuts.
As a coach, it was 1986 - St. Joe vs Oak Hill. We (SJ) we were inside the Oaks 10 yard line and fumbled . We lost 8-7, it was our 1st loss. Hdfatboy, I remember that speech ;-)

Congrats Bigmont5 on degrading the smallest school in the OHSAA. The pre-season has been hard enough on the Flyers losing both Unger and Laber without you kicking sand in thier face. I hope it made you feel good.

Yes, first 3 games and 5 of the first 6 on the road. Sheridan knows what it takes to win in gyms like East and NB(SMALL).I guess tha way to look at it is 9 of the last 14 at home.

Coach Sheridan has been out of town this week(working not recruiting). I imagine that Jim is waiting on his return to interview him. We need to give the Trib. the benefit of doubt on this and be patient.

The Irish are still in the hunt for Ryan Williams(VA) and Carlton Thomas(FLA) at RB/TB. I think ND will land Williams, I don't know about Thomas.
