Re: How many chances.......
You can be as naïve as you want, we both know he was paid. I am not saying I blame him or that its wrong but it's a NCAA violation and he should be punished. It doesn't help him that he comes across as a young man that can do what he wants when he wants.

I wonder if your Daughter asked Winston to sign 70 mini-helmets, 50 jerseys, etc he would?

Re: WEEK 1 IRONTON @WHEELERSBURG-AUG 29
Ray, You are right about those OOC games in 69 but it should be noted those were against Wayne, Meigs and Wheelersburg. At ISJ Lutz did it the same way he did it at IHS. His teams were physical, fundamentally sound and in shape like no other

Re: WEEK 1 IRONTON @WHEELERSBURG-AUG 29
Someone asked if Lutz would have done the same thing at Green, I say look what he did at Ironton St. Joe. In 1969 ISJ were predicted to finish next to last in the OVC and what happened ? OVC CHAMPS!!!

As far as I know ISJ is the smallest school in the OHSAA. The year Bait refers to is 1976, we had 52 or 54 boys 9-12 and 43 played football. Did not understand OSU77 post, I guess he meant 22 in each class. As far as Bait having ISJ friends, I am still looking for them

Re: Public school 4 Private schools 0
Not every Private School recruits or cheats, some do it just like Burg or Southern. Those teams do it with great coaching, tradition and kids with who dedicate themselves to be the best with parents who support them 100%. Some people on here have made losing to a Private School a crime instead of sa...
