According to a story about the Wonders at http://www.hoopsusa.com/frm_story.cfm?a=653, Beryl Drummond, a member of the Waterloo Wonders was a 5'8" transfer student from Cadmus, where he had played second string.

During the regular season, Regina defeated the Division I runner up, Toledo Start; the Division II champ, Hathaway Brown and the Division IV champ, Africentric. Regina was the only undefeated girls team in the state.

From what I read on other threads it looks like Northwest is off the schedule replaced by Trimble. Is this correct? Are there any other changes in the schedule?

I'm not sure who brought the most to Oak Hill this year, but I would guess it was River Valley. The visiting bleachers were nearly full for most games, but there were no huge crowds. Rock Hill usually brings the biggest crowd by far, but the game was at Rock Hill this year.

No they don't play in the regular season. There was an article in one of the Jackson newspapers a couple of months ago that stated that a Jackson-Vinton county holiday tournament was being talked about for the future. I don't know if that was much more than just speculation on the part of the report...

"D" Brunton, Oak Hill in the mid 90's. He was a ball control, power type back. He helped the Oaks use ball control to win over such teams as Nelsonville-York and Greenfield McCLain.
