Kick off and punt, Special teams in general do not count for quarters. They have to be in the game consecutive plays to be counted as playing a quarter. Eagles always play the Buckeyes hard. I agree about school size. I really just wanted to make the point about putting one league down while you are bottom feeding in your own. Ny and Belpre have been two of the smallest schools in our league for years and have had the most success.
