Well, Southern played very well for 3 qtrs. Just a shame they let that slide out of their hands. Short end to a good season.

How did this one turn out?

The rivalry continues. Who's gonna take it tonight. Southern clearly has a better team (from what I've seen of both), but you can never assume who'll win by record alone.

I'm glad to see the Northern Southern doing well. Time for different teams in the playoffs. Go Falcons.

Southern by 10, I think 75-65 final score. Closest the score was most of the game. Southern was on tonight

this is the 3rd game that Southern came out very slow ( Miller, Ravenswood and now NY ) and came back to tie and won one of those games, They cannot keep that up. It's costing them games. They have a good team but need to work this out, and please learn to follow your shots boys!!

Date? Southern plays Ravenswood Wednesday

Southern was down 18 pts. in the 2nd qtr. to Miller, but came back to beat Miller by 8-10 in overtime. Didn't get the final score.

I was surprised by Southern's play, in a good way. Granted Meigs is 3x larger school. Also heard that Meigs had some good players not go out. Same was said about Southern, but didn't see it in their play.
