Re: Athens @ New Lexington 1/17

Seems like some good old blood is pumping now. That's what I like to see. Keep it up Posters. Viewership just may go up and the increased Money from the Advertising can go the the Kids. Is that where the $$$ goes???-I don't know honestly-what is the money generated from the Ads used for???

Re: Athens @ New Lexington 1/17

What in the world is going on? LOL I feel like people are avoiding posting because of others flipping out and ripping them for everything they say that someone doesn't agree with. Being a millenial has nothing to do with it, it's just how other people act on here that are running people off. Can't ...

Re: Athens @ New Lexington 1/17

I agree with options A, B, C, and D. Seriously though, that big freshman (Butcher) plays more mature than a freshman. You can tell that he knows the game and he certainly has the tools. No doubt he would help coming off the bench. I do understand the hesitancy to bring up freshmen, though. Would on...

Re: Athens @ New Lexington 1/17

Are you talking to me Ground Buck??-For one I did not blame it on the Refs-I said 3 Athens players Fouled Out. I also did not even Mention that Athens was missing 2 players last night-And lastly if you read through my posts I had some Constructive Criticism for Athens-I'm not making any Excuses for ...

Re: Athens @ New Lexington 1/17

Might Two writers really be one person Probably....Word is the jury is out on this season. Here we go the naming of players... the dreaded hopes for recognition. Think what you want Michigan....What's wrong with giving a Kid a Little Credit??...Or calling a kid out if you see something you think th...

Re: Athens @ New Lexington 1/17

Dickleman, Hines and Chubb are 6'3 at best. Hines will be a good post player as he gets older, just a young pup at the moment. Defending the post has been an issue all year. Athens leading rebounder is its point guard. Either they have to (a) box out better or (b) box out better. You can try (C) an...

Re: Athens @ New Lexington 1/17

One thing I would like to add...As I try to point out the Positives in these Games more so than the Negatives-However; pointing out the negatives I can only hope is Regarded as Constructive Criticism...Tonight I really liked the play of Dalton Cozart-if I saw a real positive it was his play when Ath...

Re: Athens @ New Lexington 1/17

I agree, Butcher is probably not ready. But in all honesty, Athens is a relatively small team, imo. They may have a few guys around 6'3 - but that is considered small in D2. And they aren't big, just tall. They got pushed around like rag dolls tonight versus three 6'0 offensive lineman. Only one pl...

Re: Athens @ New Lexington 1/17

Not having Logan Maxfield to help underneath hurt! New Lex absolutely owned the boards and underneath the basket. I would seriously consider bringing up the big freshmen in case of emergency (like tonight) when Athens plays teams with strong front courts. Dickelman, Hynes and Even The Chubb kid all...

Re: Athens @ New Lexington 1/17

New Lex had some deceiving players-a couple looked more like Linebackers-They pounded the paint-and also have a couple of guards who were Dandy ball handlers....New Lex was kind of an an unknown-and Dare I say anything about the Refs-Cause thebarlowbandit will be on Me-Lol...but Athens ended up havi...

Re: TVC POY: BARTOE OR LUTZ

A parent can hold a kid back. Even at Athens. They just say its for maturity and has nothing to do with sports. lol Most kids end up being labeled as a "red shirt" Among Parents and Athletes-Then again if it ends up getting the Kid a Full Ride somewhere...I would say the Parents or Kids c...

Re: TVC POY: BARTOE OR LUTZ

Naylan Yates, I believe repeated the 7th grade, I could be mistaken. However, it was because he was one of the youngest in his class. His father, a football coach, thought that it would be advantageous for him with regards to football, it would allow his body to mature so that he could take the phy...

Re: Parkersburg at Warren

Parkersburg and Warrens starting 5 match up very well...Parkersburg has the Edge in their Bench-this may prove to be Key-Warren has the Edge in their Coach and it's at Home-However; Maddox can't get out there and Run for them and Parkersburg is a short drive Away-if they run all night like they did ...
